Full-Time Nanny for a 15-Month-Old
A warm family in West LA (Cheviot Hills, near Century City) is seeking an experienced, long-term nanny for a curious and active 15-month-old boy.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- 40 guaranteed hours
- $32–36/hour on W-2 payroll

Guide his daily rhythm
You will guide his daily rhythm, including meals, naps, reading, developmental play, outdoor time, and child-related responsibilities. We are looking for someone warm, observant, dependable, and proactive.
He loves being outside. Typical days include walks, playground time, floor play, and active exploration. The role requires extended walking and standing, frequent bending and kneeling, getting down to and up from the floor, and safely lifting or carrying a young child as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
A warm, respectful household that values initiative, reliability, and good judgment.
Mom is home and actively involved. Dad works primarily from home and is occasionally out for meetings. You will have clear ownership of agreed parts of the child's day, with consistent direction from both parents.
